ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.49 dated 11.04.2018, registered under Sections 363, 366, 366-A, 376 and 120-B IPC read with Section 4 of the POCSO Act, 2002 at Police Station Jandiala, District Amritsar (Punjab).!

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to order dated 03.06.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined investigation.

Learned State counsel, per his instructions from Inspector Balwinder Kaur, submits that in view of the cooperation of the petitioners their custodial interrogation is no more required.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required and they have already joined the investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, the petition is allowed. Order dated 03.06.2021 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners is made absolute, subject to the petitionersÕ complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
