Learned advocate for the appellants submits that despite all possible efforts, he could not establish contact with the LRs of appellant No.1; or appellants No.2 and 3. Learned counsel requests for one more opportunity for making compliance of the previous order. Adjourned to 28.04.2026."

Today, nobody has appeared on behalf of the appellants. Besides, appellant No.1 has been stated to have died and appellants No.2 and 3 have refused to accept the no5ce and affixa5on was also refused, as reported by the Registry.

In these circumstances, when nobody is coming forward on behalf of the appellants and the counsel appearing on their behalf has no contact with the LRs of appellant No.1 and appellants No.2 and 3, it appears that the appellants as well as their LRs are no longer interested in pursuing the appeal.
