(Oral) It is contended that Jaskeerat Singh @ Jassi, a relative of the petitioners is involved in FIR No. 89 dated 10.8.2017, for offences under Sections 307, 336, 341, 323, 148, 149 IPC (Section 302 IPC added later on) and Section 25/27 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Bajakhana, District Faridkot, who has not been arrested by the police so far and the police is harassing the petitioners unnecessarily.
