ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Appellant/plaintiff has preferred instant regular second appeal assailing judgment and decree dated 26.02.1999 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Ludhiana, whereby appeal preferred by respondents against judgment and decree dated 29.04.1995 passed by leaned Sub Judge IInd Class, Jagraon, was allowed and judgment of trial Court was reversed.

Suit for joint possession qua the property in question was filed by plaintiff/appellant (herein), which was decreed partly with costs. However, learned appellate Court set-aside/reversed the aforesaid judgment and decree dated 29.04.1995, thereby dismissing the suit of plaintiff with costs.

Appeal was admitted on 13.09.2002. Alienation of suit property was also stayed vide interim order dated 31.10.2001. 4.

No one has caused appearance on behalf of appellant. 5.

Dismissed in default.
