(Oral) It is contended that petitioner No.1 - Manpreet Kaur, aged about 27 years has got married with petitioner No.2- Anil @ Anil Kumar, aged about 25 years, against the wishes of her family members, arrayed as private respondents No. 5 to 8, who are threatening to interfere in their marital life and as such to seek protection against interference in their lives and liberty by such private respondents and persons claiming under them, they have approached this Court by way of filing the present petition.
