This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 139 dated 30.04.2017 under sections 379 IPC at Police Station Pinjore, District Panchkula.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated September 27, 2017, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. The truck in question has been recovered.

In view of the above, order dated September 27, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
