HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Learned State counsel has placed on record a letter dated 25.07.2021 which states that pursuant to the directions issued by this Court on 03.03.2021 in CWP No.10464 of 2019, a speaking order dated 06.08.2021 has been passed wherein it is stated that the documents submitted by the petitioner were examined by the Scrutiny Branch. As per the report of the Scrutiny Branch, the petitioner was found entitled for benefit of 4 marks for Graduation. The petitioner has been recommended vide memo No.HSSC/Confd/Recomm./2021/331 on 25.07.2021 for the post in question.

In view thereof, nothing survives in this petition and the same is disposed of as infructuous.
