Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for preponement of the main case, as he has filed an application bearing CRM-49554-2023 for withdrawal of the main case in light of the settlement arrived at between the parties.

In light of the peculiar facts and circumstances and the oral request is allowed and the main case is taken on Board today itself. CRM-49554-2023 in/and CRM-M-18668-2023 1.

The present application is for withdrawal of the present petition on the ground that that the parties have resolved their dispute and nothing survives in the present petition.
