State counsel, on the instructions of HC Hardeep Singh, informs that the petitioner has joined investigation. In view of said circumstances, the order dated 30.9.2015, is hereby made absolute.

The petition is allowed. It is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioner, he shall be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the conditions that he will join investigation as and when required and will not tamper with the evidence or hamper investigation, in any manner.
