    - "5. That in compliance of the orders dated 12.11.2024 of this Hon'ble Court, the deponent granted an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioners on 07.04.2025. Pursuant to the grant of opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioners and keeping in view the factual position, the respondents have now regularized the services of the petitioner No.1 (namely Sh.Dharampal) in CWP No. 30439 of 2024 w.e.f. 01.10.2003 under the policy dated 01.10.2003 vide separate regularization order dated 07.04.2025. It is humbly submitted that the respondents have initiated the process of assessing and releasing the monetary benefits of the petitioner No. 1 as per order dated 07.04.2025. It is further submitted that the said benefits which accrued to the petitioner No. 1 will be released to him within a period of four weeks from the date of order i.e. Davinder Kumar 2025.04.08 16:30 I attest the accuracy and authenticity of this order / judgment


 

 by 06.05.2025. However, the services of the petitioner No. 2 (namely Sh. Krishan Kumar) on the post of Member Bhajan Party could not be regularized and the respondents have passed a detailed speaking order dated 07.04.2025. The copy of regularization order dated 07.04.2025 qua the petitioner No. 1 and the copy of speaking order dated 07.04.2025 qua the petitioner No. 2 issued by the deponent are annexed as Annexure R91 and R92 respectively for the kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court."  *
