Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with permission to avail appropriate remedy available to the petitioner. It is submitted that the present petition challenging order dated 22.07.2014 (Annexure P14) was filed well within the prescribed period of limitation. Earlier the petitioner was under a bonafide belief that filing of this petition was the only efficacious remedy available to him. In this view of the matter, delay if any, which may have occurred due to the pendency of this petition be condoned by the appropriate court.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy available to him.

In case, appropriate petition is filed within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, delay if any, which may have occurred be condoned by the competent court and the matter be adjudicated on merits in accordance with law. ( LISA GILL ) January 29, 2015.
