RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Petitioner seeks bail pending trial in FIR No.330 dated 10.11.2014 under Sections 363, 366-A, 376 IPC and Sections 7 and 8 of the POCSO Act 2012 registered at Police Station Chandhut, Distt. Palwal. It has gone undisputed between the parties that the petitioner was earlier on bail and had been regularly appearing before the learned trial Court. He absented only on one date of hearing and now he is inside the jail since 29th May 2015.

In view of the above and without commenting anything further on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, present petition is allowed. Petitioner is directed to be released on bail pending trial on his furnishing adequate bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the learned trial court.

Disposed of, accordingly.
