ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) 1.

The present appeal pertains to the year 1999. Counsel earlier representing the appellant is reported to have died. As per the service report, service upon appellant could not be effected due to incomplete address. None has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.1. Respondent No.2 stand duly served. There is no other address available with the Court for effecting service of the appellant except the one mentioned in the memo of parties and in the judgments and decrees passed by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court and is the same on which the notice was sent. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
