(ORAL) Learned counsel for respondent No.1 states that the present petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the suit already stands decreed vide judgment and decree dated 19.10.2021 and thereafter, the appeal preferred by the petitioner herein has also been dismissed vide judgment and decree dated 31.01.2022.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to deny the aforesaid facts.
In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
