(Oral) As per the para No.7 of the affidavit Mr. Deepak Hilori, IPS, SSP Amritsar (Rural), dated 6.4.2022, the present petitioner namely Harjeet Singh is not wanted/required in FIR No.34 dated 7.3.1989 registered under Sections 302/307/148/149 IPC and Section25 of Arms Act Sections 3/4 TADA Act at Police Station Jandiala Police District Majitha. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition be disposed of in the light of aforesaid affidavit of the Police Officer dated 6.4.2022.
