RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Surat Ram in case FIR No.78 dated 17.08.2017 registered under Sections 307, 34, 120-B IPC and lateron added Section 302 IPC at Police Station Ghanour, District Patiala. On instructions from ASI Baljit Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 11.09.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
