RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 407 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for transfer of trial in case FIR No. 164 dated 01.10.2017, registered under Sections 153-A, 295-A, 504 and 506 IPC at Police Station Bichhor, District Mewat, from the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Punhana, to some other Court of competent jurisdiction, outside District Mewat, as the petitioner is apprehending danger to his life.

Learned State counsel submits that pursuant to the order dated 10.08.2018, the police is providing full protection to the petitioner. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of, with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Mewat, to provide full police protection to the petitioner, in terms of order dated 10.08.2018, till the conclusion of trial.
