The directions were issued to produce the complainant but he could not be produced before the Court as he has been declared proclaimed offender in another case. In view of submissions of learned State counsel, this petition is disposed of with liberty to SHO P.S. Dharamkot, District Moga to produce final report in the Court. On presentation of final report, the Court concerned will proceed further in the matter in accordance with law.
