Mr. Gaurav Bansal, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana *** Learned counsel on instructions from HC Mahavir from Police Station Kheripul, District Faridabad states that since the petitioner has joined the investigation and has furnished an affidavit that he does not hold any Passport and no recovery is to be effected from him, as such he is not required by the police for further investigation.
Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 11.9.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition stands allowed accordingly.
