**** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 is for issuance of directions to respondent No.3 not to harass the petitioners and their family members as there is no criminal case registered against them.

The counsel for the State at the very outset submits that the petitioners who happen to be relatives of one Mehal Singh who is accused in FIR No.67 dated 28.02.2026 under Section 108, 3(5) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Sadar Ferozepur, are not presently required for investigation.. He further submits that in case, the presence of the petitioners is required at a subsequent stage, they will be summoned as per law. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
