MADAAN Present:- Mr. Saurabh Dalal, Advocate for the petitioners. *** After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition granting him liberty to take all these pleas before the trial Court, however, he has requested that some direction regarding exemption from personal appearance of the petitioners be issued. Permission is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

It is directed that on an application being filed by the petitioners, the trial Court would exempt personal appearance of petitioner no. 2 Guldeep Kumar Makkar, who is aged about 63 years and Smt. Kamlesh Makkar stately 61 years old subject to the condition that they would be represented by their counsel. Their identity shall not be disputed, and no adjournment shall be sought for the reason of their identification. The trial Court may direct them to appear in the Court, if their appearance is found to be necessary.
