**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner had participated in the selection process for the post of Female Constable (General Duty), pursuant to advertisement dated 16.04.2018 (P-1) under BCB category. As per final result, the petitioner has secured 47.2 marks and 05 marks under socio economic criteria. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been given 05 marks for being Orphan On a specific query put by this Court, learned counsel has informed that the mother of the petitioner is alive and thus, he is not entitled for 05 marks as he is not Orphan Dismissed.
