**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed for seeking regular bail in FIR No.176 dated 09.11.2021, registered under Sections 21-C & 29 of NDPS Act at Police Station Kartarpur, District Jalandhar.

State counsel has opposed the present petition on the ground of huge quantity of contraband, involved in the present case. Given above, counsel for the petitioner submits the he would be contended and satisfied if the trial is expedited considering the fact that the petitioner is already in custody for the last 01 year and 03 months. Given the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2021 as per paragraph 10 of the present petition, the trial Court shall try to complete the trial on or before 31.07.2023 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall not seek any adjournment. In case, the petitioner seeks any adjournment, then this order shall be recalled under Section 362 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. without any further reference to this Court.
