Learned State counsel has filed status report, today in the Court, by way of affidavit of Jasbir Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Balluana, District Fazilka. The same is taken on record. It is mentioned in the affidavit that the police has already submitted the report under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C. in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Fazilka on 23.4.2015 for the discharge of the accused and the case is fixed for today itself.
