(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for referring the investigation of case FIR No.263 dated 20.08.2015 to an independent agency or to higher Police official of any District other than District Patiala, as biased inquiry has been conducted in the same and with a further prayer to restrain the Police from presenting the cancellation report. 2.

At the outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from S.I. Gurpinder Singh, submits that after carrying out the preliminary investigation, twice cancellation reports were filed. However, a protest petition was filed by petitioner against the cancellation report which has been now treated as private complaint and matter is proceedings before the Court below in accordance with law.

In the premise, no further proceedings are required before this Court. 3.

Disposed of.
