The present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 16.05.2022 passed by respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received instructions that the inquiry has since been concluded, however, copy thereof has not been served upon the petitioner which he shall seek and take further recourse, in accordance with law, in view thereof, he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition.
