This is a civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside impugned order dated 03.02.2026 passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Jalandhar, vide which the application filed by the petitioner for framing additional preliminary issue regarding affixation of Court fee at the market value, has been dismissed. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since in the impugned order, it has been stated that even the issue with respect to Court fee would be considered at the stage of final adjudication, thus, the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all pleas including the plea of Court fee during the course of trial. 3.
