-.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) Writ petition is bereft qua employment of petitioners on contractual basis as no appointment letter or muster roll has been annexed. In such circumstances, prayer for protecting their service to be not replaced by other set of contractual employees cannot be entertained.

Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file fresh one on same cause of action with better and more particulars. Ordered accordingly.
