Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.110 dated 22.04.2013, registered under Sections 420, 495 and 506 IPC, Police Station Civil Lines, District Amritsar City.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 12.10.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the trial court. Copy of the order dated 19.10.2015 passed by the JMIC has been filed in court and is taken on record.
