(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to the official respondents to conduct fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.45 dated 02.04.2022 registered under Sections 447, 511, 379, 427, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station City-1, Abohar, District Fazilka. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Satpal, submits that on completing the investigation on 26.04.2022, a cancellation report has been prepared and the same will be presented before the Illaqa Magistrate within a period of 08 weeks from today, after seeking approval from the higher officials. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a protest petition, if so required.
