After having been confronted with the status of trial, as stated by learned counsel for the State, on instructions for ASI Ashok Kumar, that prosecution evidence has been concluded and the next date before the learned court is 6.11.2015 for recording statement of the accused under Section 313 Cr.PC., learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not intend to press this petition, at this stage.
