**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner has participated in the selection process for the post of Assistant District Attorney, pursuant to advertisement dated 09.05.2017 (P-1). The apprehension of the petitioner is that he has not been awarded appropriate marks. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG Haryana and Mr. Kanwal Goyal, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the State and Commission Learned counsel for the Commission has produced the result of the petitioner in a sealed cover, which has been opened by the Reader of this Court. As per result, the petitioner has secured 83.60 marks which is lower than the last candidate in the General Category.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been granted less marks. In view of the said fact, the petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Commission where he can see his OMR sheet. The result in original has been returned back to learned counsel for the Commission.
