*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J.(Oral) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No.57 dated 09.03.2018, under Sections 365 and 120-B of IPC registered at Police Station Kartarpur, District Jalandhar.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sukhdeep Sandhu submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 13.09.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed off accordingly.
