CRM-M No.34493 of 2018 -2the petitioner and respondent No.3 knew each other and had develeped a friendly relationship, however, on account of some misunderstanding, the instant FIR came to be registered. Now the matter has been compromised between the parties and therefore, prays for quashing of the instant FIR. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.2 and 3 would submit that the compromise has not fructified and therefore, the FIR cannot be quashed on the ground.
Faced with this situation, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not press the instant petition and seeks to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh one, seeking quashing of the FIR on merits.
Ordered accordingly.
