[2] In the present case, the FIR (supra) was registered recently on 05.03.2024 and as per learned State Counsel, the investigation is in progress. [3] After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition at this stage; however, seeks liberty to the petitioner for approaching this Court again in case any cause survives. .
