ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in complaint No.2528 dated 15.08.2014 registered under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Vide order dated 12.09.2017 it was noticed that the petitioner was declared proclaimed offender on 09.08.2016 and on the undertaking given by him that he will appear before the trial Court and apply for fresh bail on payment of costs, the trial Court was further directed to release the petitioner on interim bail. On the last date of hearing i.e. 30.10.2017, counsel for the petitioner has sought time to inform the Court whether the order dated 12.09.2017 has been complied with or not.

Counsel for the petitioner today submits that the petitioner has not complied with the order dated 12.09.2017 till date. No ground for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. Dismissed.
