**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Learned state counsel submits that since the cancellation report dated 09.7.2015 has been prepared in the present case, which had been approved by the Sr. Superintendent of Police, Amritsar (Rural), present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same be disposed of as such. Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that let the present petition be disposed of in view of the statement made by learned state counsel but respondent-Authorities be directed to present the cancellation report before the court of competent jurisdiction without any further loss of time.

In view of the aforesaid respective stands taken by the parties, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Sr. Superintendent of Police, Amritsar (Rural) to ensure the presentation of the cancellation report as early as possible before the court of competent jurisdiction. 14.7.2015 (RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK) manoj JUDGE
