(ORAL) The present first petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.252 dated 12.03.2023, registered under Sections 21, 29 and 61 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station Civil Line Sirsa, District Sirsa.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 20.04.2023, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Maninder Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for further investigation.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. Interim order dated 20.04.2023, passed by this Court, is made absolute.
