Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner as well as her children at the hands of respondents No.6 to 10.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the death of husband of the petitioner on 19.06.2008, it came to her notice that three forged Wills have been prepared by respondents No.6 to 10. The civil suit filed by the petitioner is still pending and she is being given threats by respondents No.6 to 10 not to pursue the civil litigation and to withdraw the same. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner and her children are in danger as a serious NEETU RANI 2015.10.05 10:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

Criminal Misc. No. M-33555 of 2015 threat is being given by the aforesaid respondents because of the property left by the husband of the petitioner. A representation (Annexure P-2) was also made by the petitioner to Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, directions are issued to respondent No.2 to decide the representation (Annexure P-2).

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and keeping in view the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representation (Annexure P-2) and to take necessary action in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Disposed of accordingly.
