(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that since the petitioner has been acquitted by the learned trial Court, therefore the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.101 dated 20.07.2016, registered under Sections 354-A, 506 of IPC at Police Station Model Town, Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur has become infructuous and withdraws the same.

In view of the statement, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn as having become infructuous.
