The present appeal pertains to the year 1999. Notices were issued to the parties. As per the service report, appellant No.1 stand duly served. Appellant No.2 and 3 are stated to have died. Respondents No.1, 4 and 5 are also stated to have died. Neither anyone has put in appearance on behalf of appellant No.1 nor anybody has put in appearance on behalf of legal representatives of the appellants No.2 and 3. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
