(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.71 dated 29.07.2017 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 452 and 336 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Malour, District Muktsar, on the basis of compromise dated 25.08.2017. Pursuant to the order dated 12.09.2017 of this Court, the parties appeared before the Trial Court on 22.09.2017 to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Malout, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.483 dated 25.09.2017 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Sri Muktsar Sahib vide letter. No.2497/EB dated 28.09.2017.
According to the report, the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class is satisfied that compromise entered into between the parties is genuine, voluntary and without any coercion or undue influence.
