 Present criminal writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioners praying for protection to their life and liberty, in view of the marriage solemnized by them against the wishes of respondents No.4 and 5.

Mr. Anil Kumar Lambdharia, APP for UT, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 and requisite copies of the petition have already been supplied to the State by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Vijay Kumar has apprised the Court that statement of both the petitioners were recorded and they stated that at present, there is no threat to their life and liberty. 5.

In view of the stand taken by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.
