Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking quashing of the impugned order dated 20.8.2015 (Annexure P2), passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist class, Jalandhar whereby the petitioner was declared as proclaimed offender in the complaint bearing No. 32777 dated 22.4.2013 titled as "Punam v. Parjesh Malhotra" under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
The petitioner was declared as proclaimed offender vide impugned order dated 20.8.2015 and he also misused the process of law. Thus, there is absolutely no ground to quash the impugned order and present petition stands dismissed.
