(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner Manpreet Kaur in case FIR No.73 dated 20.04.2018 registered under Sections 406, 420, 342 and 506 IPC at Police Station Sadar Patiala, District Patiala. Learned State counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further investigation.

In view of above, order dated 20.08.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
