Petitioner, who is father-in-law of complainant-Reena Rani, filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. stating that he is being impleaded in some false case. For that purpose, petitioner has already made complaint/representation dated 03.04.2019 (Annexure P1) to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala for providing him protection and to take legal action against his daughter-in-law, named Reena Rani and her family, but no action has been taken so far. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Ajay Pal Singh Gill, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to him during the course of the day.
