**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) During course of arguments, it appears that the order of ejectment has already been executed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Gurugram.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the first prayer still survives in this writ petition to the extent of directing respondent-State to trace out the husband of the petitioner i.e. respondent No.3.

CWP No.11138 of 2022 There is a serious dispute in respect of maintainability of the writ petition.

At this stage, without going into pleadings and defences of the parties, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition only with a direction to respondent No.1 to make necessary efforts to trace out the whereabouts of respondent No.3.

At this stage, learned State counsel submits that earlier also respondent No.1 has conveyed to the Court at West Bengal that whereabouts of respondent No.3 are not traceable. Be that as it may, let a final effort be made by respondent No.1 to trace out the whereabouts of respondent No.3 and communication to this effect be made to the petitioner. However, this order shall not be construed to be a direction in terms of contempt of Court proceedings if at all proposed to be initiated by the petitioner in future. Petitioner is also directed to give her exact address on which necessary communication can be made.

Disposed of.
