Prayer made in the present petition for quashing the impugned order, vide which the claim of the petitioners for grant of pay scale and allowances as admissible to the employees holding the corresponding posts in the schools run by the State Government and SGPC has been rejected, might not due to efflux of time, even be surviving.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4 states that as a matter of fact the school wherein the petitioners were working namely Baba Makhan Shah Public High School, Tanda Ram Sahai, District Hoshiarpur, also stands closed.
