(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the complaint dated 20.07.2017 (Annexure P-5) and the representation dated 21.08.2017 (Annexure P-6) made by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the complaint dated 20.07.2017 (Annexure P-5) and the representation dated 21.08.2017 (Annexure P-6) in a time bound manner.
