This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 1062 dated 21.08.2015 under section 125 of Electricity Act at Police Station Irrigation and Power Ambala.

Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from H.C. Pawan Kumar, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated October 30, 2015, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated October 30, 2015 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
